Will it actually help plants in a dark room?

Yes. The 4000K full-spectrum light covers the entire 400-780nm range plants use for photosynthesis, replicating natural daylight, so plants in low-light corners, north-facing rooms, or basements get the light they need to grow, not just survive.

How far should the light be from my plants?

For most houseplants and seedlings, position the head 6-12 inches above the plant. Move it closer for sun-hungry species, further for delicate ones, and use a lower brightness level for tender seedlings.

How does the auto timer work?

Pick 4, 8, or 12 hours and it runs on a 24-hour cycle, switching on and off at the same time every day automatically. Set it once and you're done (just leave it powered on at the wall).

Does it give off that ugly purple grow-light glow?

No. Unlike cheap "blurple" lights, this runs a balanced 4000K, 400-780nm spectrum with a CRI of 95 for a soft, natural daylight glow that looks good in a living space. It even doubles as a flicker-free reading lamp.

Is it hard to install?

No tools needed. Clip it onto any shelf, desk, or planter edge, bend the flexible gooseneck to your angle, and plug into USB or a wall outlet. Setup takes under a minute.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery then takes approximately 5-7 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Do you ship to my country?

How do I track my order?

Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy. If you're not satisfied, contact us within [30] days of delivery and we'll guide you through the return. Items should be unused and in their original packaging.

My item arrived damaged or faulty. What do I do?

We're sorry about that. Email us at [your email] with your order number and a photo of the issue within 7 days of delivery, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund right away.

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.

Orders & Warranty
Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us at shopnoviqueco@gmail.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update or cancel it. Once an order has shipped, it can't be changed.

Is the light covered by a warranty?

Yes. Your light is covered by a 12 warranty against manufacturing defects. If anything goes wrong, contact us and we'll sort out a repair, replacement, or refund.
